[ Santa uses his steel toed boots to knock on the door very politely. That is to say he kicks it a lot and probably makes dents. ]

[ Santa gives up when kicking doesn't seem to cut it and decides that... trying the knob to see if it's locked is probably the better way. ]

[junpei is curled up in the corner, apparently sleeping hard, too much rocking is apparently the cause]

[ Santa approaches and pokes him with the toe end of a boot. At least he's gentle about it and not kicking this time around. ]

[while the banging did nothing, at the touch he startles awake with a gasp]

[ Santa backs up quickly, just in case Junpei decides to swing out in retaliation. ]

[scrubs at his face, clearly still disoriented; someone should really get an alarm clock (or at least not hide in his room at night, ah well)]

Everyone got a vote except three people. Those people are being offered a 'hotel pass' to the highest bidder. It's fucking crappy is what it is.

No limits. Just whoever has the 'best bid'. Aka who tickles the clown's fancy.

[ Santa sits down on the floor and looks really stressed. ]

[there is probably a bottle of some sort of liquor in here somewhere, if santa cared to partake

in the meantime, junpei takes a beat to absorb this, frowning]

But...but it's the best bid of whoever's bidding, right? If everybody softballs it, then...it's not necessarily anything bad, right?

[ Santa does end up looking for the liquor, figuring Junpei has some of it. When he finds it he pops it open and takes a long drink before offering it over. Least he can do is share if he's stealing. ]

It's Sophie, Aku and Ronove. Aku's a joke, but how likely do you think the other two are to softball it?

I don't know Ronove at all, but Sophie's kind of a bitch.

[ At Santa's dressing room, Junpei and Santa bust in and Santa lets go of Junpei's arm so he can stagger over to one of the piles of clothes on the floor and sink down to sit. ]

Sit wherever, I don't care.

[he sits against the wall next to him, still fiddling with the discarded vodka bottle]

So what's the other shoe that needs dropping?

Lotus decided it'd be a great idea [ Can you sense the sarcasm in those words? ] to set up a meeting with Ene and her and me. Except she totally ambushed me with it. Invited me to some place and some time and didn't say Ene was gonna be there.

What was I supposed to do? I tried to calm the situation, but they ended up ganging up on me a little with their body language. Which is priceless, considering Lotus had it against Ene in the first place.

Noooo. Look, I'm just saying, they clearly agreed with each other that they think I'm an asshole. And Ene thinks the entire group is pathetic now.

Since we wouldn't kill her in her really weird request that she apparently dropped pretty quick?

She's claiming it was a 'misunderstanding' where she 'balked' and 'decided she didn't want to die so quickly'.

That doesn't sound like much of a misunderstanding. Misunderstood what death was supposed to mean, maybe... Anyway, what'd she want?

She's going to try to get a hotel vote, she says. And wants none of us to vote for her.
